Zero Emissions

Gap Inc. made a strategic investment to promote cleaner global business by setting an ambitious goal: to reduce absolute greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across all owned and operated facilities globally by 50% by the end of 2020.
To build awareness among employees, an internal campaign was launched to educate team members about this goal and motivate them to actively contribute by reducing, reusing, and recycling in the workplace, demonstrating how their efforts directly support the company’s vision of zero emissions. The campaign centered around the idea of endless possibilities, conveyed through a series of informative facts.
Posters
Posters were created as part of the print materials for the campaign, reinforcing the theme of reuse by silkscreening over repurposed shipping boxes that originally came from office supplies, which were then placed throughout various corporate offices.
Employee Swag
Employees received notebooks, totes, and water bottles, all reinforcing the message of reuse. The notebooks were crafted from surplus press sheets ("overs") from various Gap Inc. brands, including Old Navy, Gap, and Banana Republic, making each notebook unique from the next.
