There is a lot of information out there today about credit. It can be stupefying. Customers are seeking help to manage their credit and gain control of their finances. The goal was to develop multichannel campaign promoting the Smarter Credit Center as the hub for credit guidance, helping customers and team members take the first step towards the credit conversation. The information needed to be engaging, encouraging and approachable. To achieve this, a series of basic questions were asked from the customer's perspective allowing for a better understanding on how to get and keep good credit.
