Since 2014, Wells Fargo has partnered with Dillard's Inc. to offer credit cards. However, the existing email designs were outdated and ineffective. To revamp communications, a design system was developed for Dillard’s, featuring flexible templates to accommodate various content components. This solution aligns with Dillard's design system, email best practices, and business objectives, facilitating efficient and reliable deployment while enhancing engagement and open rates.
