








Wells Fargo Retail Services provides consumer financing programs for retail merchants across a wide range of markets. The application process was lengthy, out of date and overwhelming for merchants to manage. Spending more time dealing with customer financing than taking care of actual customers. With the new Wells Fargo Credit Connect, customers have a better way to secure financing. It’s easier, quicker, and paper free letting merchants focus on what you do best. The challenge was to convince merchants that the new platform was easy to use, eliminated credit card program paperwork, allowing them to complete and accept applications and make transactions online – in their home, on the road, or at a client location. The solution focused on the key benefits of the new platform, paper free, delay free and location free. Campaign applications included two videos, redesign for the digital application tool, tradeshow banners, brochure, and sales tools.
